Description
Moisture Lock 101 is a chemical floor hardener designed for porous, cementitious substrates to harden, seal and dust-proof surfaces and help reduce moisture vapor transmission (MVT).
As a clear, water-based liquid, Moisture Lock 101 penetrates and reacts with the free lime and calcium carbonate in concrete to fill and seal pores and capillaries.
- Maximizes coverage of NAC primers by minimizing absorption into porous substrates
- No VOCs, no odor
- Hardens aged, powdering concrete
- Pre-mixed formula requires no thinning
- Up to three coats may be applied (24 cure between coats)

HOW TO

Apply Moisture Lock 101 evenly with a roller, brush or squeegee

To reduce water vapor transmission, apply one coat of Moisture Lock 101. Allow to visibly dry.

For best results, allow floor to dry for 24 hours.
